This is a simple Python script to download a Dropbox folder to a local path.
You can download it here.
First step to get it to work is downloading and installing Dropbox Python Client and its requirements:
wget https://www.dropbox.com/static/developers/dropbox-client-python-BETA.tar.gz tar -zxvf dropbox-client-python-BETA.tar.gz cd dropbox-client-python-BETA python setup.py install
After this you need to insert a OAuth customer key/secret in the configurations for dbget (you should see two placeholder at the top of the file).
If this works well, you just need to run it and it should work fine.
python dbget.py /example .
(this downloads a folder called example in your Dropbox root to the current directory)
This is not a Dropbox replacement, just a useful script to get a folder in headless environments.
